Kathleen Walton, Founder
Kathleen has never fit well in any given box or with any given label. From accountant to lawyer and private equity partner to CFO, she has been serving in executive management level positions in various industries for the past two decades.
She brings a unique perspective to strategic finance, encompassing private equity, legal and finance to drive enterprise value. Above all, her focus has always been on growth strategy and execution.
Kathleen’s energetic leadership style allows her to build cohesive teams and organizations aligned on goals and performance. She also brings deep experience in capital structuring, M&A and investor relations.
